Terms of sale
The rules that apply when you buy a BienCheck report or pack. We've kept them readable, with no unnecessary jargon.
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Seller identification
BienCheck reports are published and sold by Tholira, EURL (single-member limited liability company), registered office at 241 chemin de Maya, 13160 Châteaurenard, France, registered with the Tarascon trade register under number 102 607 983 (head-office SIRET 102 607 983 00016), VAT number FR87 102 607 983. Contact: contact@biencheck.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of property-analysis reports (single Premium report, pack of 5 reports) and any related service offered on biencheck.com.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in euros, VAT included. Payment is made online via Stripe (card). The order is confirmed once payment is received. An electronic invoice is sent to you by email.
4. Delivery
The Premium report is delivered immediately after payment, in your dashboard and as a PDF download. Credits from the 5-report pack are available as soon as the payment clears, and they don't expire.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. By placing your order, you expressly request immediate access to the report and waive your withdrawal right once it has been delivered. If you have not viewed or downloaded the report yet, you can request a refund within 14 days at contact@biencheck.com.
6. Nature of the report
The BienCheck report is an indicative decision-support tool. It is not a professional opinion and does not replace an estate agent, a notary, a certified diagnostician, a building surveyor or a financial advisor. The data comes from official French public datasets (DVF, Géorisques, ADEME, BAN, INSEE) and may diverge from the situation on the ground.
7. Statutory warranties
You benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If the report does not match what was advertised, or is unusable due to a technical fault attributable to BienCheck, contact contact@biencheck.com: we will offer a fix or a refund.
8. Liability
Because the analyses are indicative, BienCheck cannot be held liable for a decision to buy or not buy made solely on the basis of a report. In any event, BienCheck's liability is limited to the amount of the report or pack purchased.
9. Personal data
Your data is processed in line with our privacy policy, available at biencheck.com/en/privacy.
10. Customer support and complaints
Any complaint should be sent by email to contact@biencheck.com. We reply within 5 business days. Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can also use the consumer mediator [CONSUMER MEDIATOR TO BE COMPLETED], free of charge. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
