Why a report, not just a score?
A score without context is useless. The report walks you through each component, flags the real weak signals (a radon zone 3, a condo about to vote on major works, a postcode losing ground in DVF) and gives you ammunition for the seller and the bank.
Where does the data come from?
Only official public sources: Géorisques (risks), DVF / data.gouv.fr (property transactions), ADEME (EPC), INSEE (territories). Nothing invented, no risky extrapolations. Every number is traceable.
